摘 要:随着国家标准对柴油硫含量的严格控制,在某电厂中低硫柴油与现用柴油机油的适应性成为面临的一个重要的润滑技术问题。为了评价低硫柴油与现用润滑油的适应性,采用该电厂现用的2种柴油机油开展低硫柴油的发动机台架试验,在试验过程中监测获取柴油机的性能变化情况并通过定期的润滑油取样对柴油机油性能进行分析,评估低硫柴油对柴油机润滑和磨损的影响,以及现用柴油机油对低硫柴油的适应性。结果表明,在试验条件下燃烧低硫柴油不会对发动机性能产生不良影响,低硫柴油能与现用的柴油机油相容。With the increasingly strict control standards on sulfur content of fuel,the adaptability of the diesel oils used in a power station now to the low-sulfur diesel fuel became an important technical problems. An engine bench test was carried out by using two kinds of diesel oils used in a power station in order to assess the adaptability of the diesel oils to the low-sulfur diesel. The diesel engine performance was monitored and the engine oil was tested regularly during the bench test. The results show that low-sulfur diesel fuel has less influence on the engine performance,and the diesel oils used in a power station is compatible with the low sulfur diesel fuel.
