摘 要:针对短程、大负载直线往复运动机构能耗严重且频率难以提高的工程难题,详细分析了直线往复运动机构的运动和能耗特点,将空气弹簧引入该机构助推,提出了一种"荡秋千控制算法",解决了引入弹性蓄能装置后启动初期驱动力需求变大的问题。试验结果证明:在实现同样往复运动频率的情况下,空气弹簧的加入不仅大大减少了系统的振动、冲击和噪声,还大大减少了对直线电机推力的需求,降低了能耗,试验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。Aimed at the problems of usually the short-range and high-load linear reciprocating mechanism is of serious energy comsumption and its frequency is difficult to improve,an air spring was introduced to boost the mechanism. The motion and energy consumption features of the linear reciprocating mechanism were analyzed in detail. A'swing-up control algorithm'was proposed to solve the problem that the need of driving force was increased at the initial stage after the introduction of the elastic energy storage device.The experimental results show that: in the case of realizing the same reciprocating frequency,the introduction of an air spring not only reduces the vibration,impact and noise in the system,but also effectively decreases the demand for thrust force of linear motor,and reduces the system energy consumption. The experimental results verify the theroetic analysis is correct.
