摘 要:进给轴作为加工中心的关键组成部件,其可靠性水平的高低直接影响到加工中心的加工精度和整机可靠性。提出进给轴可靠性试验的快速试验方法,完成了进给轴可靠性试验装置的试验方案设计。通过进给轴可靠性试验装置的搭建,开展了进给轴可靠性的相关加载试验,并将该试验结果与加工中心其他可靠性试验结果相结合,通过相应的数据分析软件,评定出机床的可靠性量化指标,暴露加工中心进给系统设计、制造与装配等方面的缺陷,以便采取对策和措施指导进给轴单元的可靠性设计,从而保证进给轴设计和使用过程中的可靠性增长。As the key component of machining center, the reliability level of feed shaft directly affects the machining accuracy. The quick testing method of the reliability test was put forward.The design scheme of the feed shaft reliability test device was comple-ted.Through building the reliability test device for the feed shaft, related loading test for the feed shaft reliability was carried out.And combining the test results with other machining center reliability test results, using corresponding data analysis software, the reliability index of machine tools were assessed, defects in processing center feed system design, manufacturing and assembly etc were exposed, which guided reliability design of feed shaft unit, to ensure the reliability growth of feed shaft in the design and use process.
