起重机伸缩液压系统故障分析及对策

摘　　要：针对中小吨位起重机缩臂时手柄回位出现的大臂回缩、抖动等现象,分析伸缩控制阀阀芯中位机能对此故障现象的影响,提出伸缩阀芯中位机能改进方法,并完成了装车验证。Aiming at the phenomena such as big arm retracting and jittering in the commissioning process of the medium and small tonnage crane shrinking arm handle retracting, the effect of median function of the telescopic control valve on the fault was analyzed, the improvement method was proposed, and the loading test and verification were completed.
