摘　　要：针对农用车发动机连杆销压装机存在的问题,以三菱PLC作为主控部件,采用液压传动系统,结合组态监控技术,完成了基于组态王软件的连杆销压装机控制系统设计,实现了压装时的时间-压力曲线和位移-压力曲线的在线显示和实时监控。整机人机界面友好,提升了产品的压装质量,实现了压装自动化。Aiming at the existing problem of one agricultural vehicles engine connecting rod pin press, the hydraulic drive and the pressing control system was designed based on the configuration software KingView and Mitsubishi PLC as the master control unit, the online displaying and real-time monitoring of the time-pressure curve and the displacement-pressure curve were implemented.The whole machine has a friendly human-machine interface.Using the system, the pressed quality of the products is improved and the automatic installation is realized.
