智能制造新模式下“中国制造”面临的机遇和挑战

摘　　要：以全球新一轮科技革命和产业变革为背景,结合我国制造业发展情况,分析了在智能制造新生产模式下我国制造业发展面临的机遇和挑战,提出了发展智能制造要明确两条发展路线,明确要分层次、分步骤逐步推进智能工厂建设,并注重产品技术创新,提升产品质量可靠性水平,大力发展智能产品和智能制造服务业,最终推动智能制造模式在工业领域的广泛应用。According to the background of a new round of global technological and industrial revolution,combined with development condition in manufacturing industry in China,the opportunities and challenges faced under new model of intelligent manufacturing were analyzed. It was put forward for development of the intelligent manufacturing that two development routes should be made sure,as well as of propelled gradually construction of intelligent factory with classified levels and in step by step. Then,product technology innovation should be paid more attention,and product quality and reliability levels improved to enhance competitiveness. Finlay,services in intelligent product and intelligent manufacturing must be developed with a great effort to promote intelligent manufacturing model widely used in industry.
