摘 要:采用模糊故障树分析方法对刀库系统的可靠性进行了研究,建立了刀库系统的故障树模型。通过上行法找出导致刀库系统发生故障的底事件的集合;由于模糊数代替实数能够合理的表达不确定信息,利用三角型模糊数描述底事件发生的概率区间,对所建立的故障树进行定量分析,得到顶事件和各子系统发生的区间概率,找出了顶事件发生故障的原因事件或相关部件。对刀库系统模糊概率重要度进行了计算。结果表明:"胀紧套松动"为刀库系统出现故障的主要原因;该方法降低了底事件获取精确数值的难度,符合工程实际要求。By means of fuzzy fault tree analysis method,the reliability tool magazine system was researched. The model of fuzzy fault tree of tool magazine system was established. The ascending method was used to find minimal cutting sets about the fault tree top events. Due to the expression of fuzzy numbers instead of real number was able to reasonable objective uncertainty information,using triangular fuzzy number to describe the fault probability interval,quantitative analysis on the established the fault tree and the calculation of fuzzy probability importance degrees of bottom events were carried out to get the top events and each subsystem of probability and to find impact of the weak links and key events. The results indicate that 'loose tight set of inflation'for tool magazine system is the main cause of faults. The method reduces the difficulty of accuracy in obtaining the bottom events,which meets practical requirements in engineering.
