摘　　要：从清末民国时期社会组织的萌芽与形成,到新中国成立之初社会组织协商的逐渐推进,再到改革开放至今的迅猛发展,我国的社会组织协商经历了较为长期的发展历程。如今在党和国家的重视下社会组织协商也已经成为关系社会进步和发展的重要因素之一,它的进一步健康发展与社会主义和谐社会的构建,国家全面现代化的实现以及党的科学执政民主执政密切相关。但我国目前的社会组织协商仍不完善,在政府重视程度,社会组织本身以及民众了解程度三大层面上存在着亟待解决的问题。因此,对我国社会组织协商发展进行研究,探索一条使其良性发展道路具有科研和实践两个层面的重要价值。From the late Qing period,the social organization sprouted and formed,and gradually progressed to the consultation orgnization in the early days of the new China,and experienced dramtic development from reform and opening-up period to present.Nowadays,social orgnization consultation has become one of the key factors influencing social progress and development,and is closely related with the construction of harmonious socialist society,comprehensive modernization of the nation and our party＇s scientific and democratic governance.However,the current social orgnization consultation is still far from perfection,with problems demanding prompt solution in the aspects of government＇s attention,social orgnization itself and public awareness.Thus,research on the development of social orgnization consultation in our country has great importance in exploring a sound progress path in the levels of both scientific research and practical use.
