摘  要:贵阳花果园D区双子塔楼建筑高度达335m,结构设计除应满足规范和专家要求外,还需达到业主提出的单位面积材料造价控制指标。基于此,在设计中选用普通钢筋混凝土筒中筒结构体系,采用矩形钢管混凝土叠合柱、HRB500高强钢筋、变截面混凝土楼面梁和中等延性构造的剪力墙、优化建筑场地和地下室层数等一系列措施。介绍了结构体系的比选过程,强调了水平作用较小时剪重比和刚重比指标对结构设计的控制作用,详述了各项减少材料措施的落实方法,针对钢管混凝土叠合柱与混凝土梁的连接节点提出了多种钢筋连接方式和加强措施。The twin tower located in Huaguoyuan Zone D in Guiyang has architectural height of 335 m. The structural design should meet the code and the experts' requirements,as well as the material cost control index of unit area proposed by the clients. Based on the above considerations,ordinary reinforced concrete tube-in-tube structural system is adopted in design and a series of measures are taken,including the adoption of rectangle concrete-filled steel tubular laminated column,HRB500 high-strength steel bar,variable cross-section concrete floor beam,moderate ductile shear walls,and optimization of site condition and basement layers. The comparison and selection process of structural system were introduced,focusing on the controlling effects of shear-weight ratio and stiffness-weight ratio on the structural design under small horizontal actions. The implementation strategies to keep the materials cost to a minimum was also introduced in detail. In addition,multiple connection modes and strengthening methods were provided regarding the connection joints between concrete-filled steel tubular laminated columns and concrete beams.
