摘 要:复合材料钻削过程中,由于材料的难加工性,机床主轴产生的振动对加工零件的表面精度和刀具寿命影响较大。需要对机床振动进行实时监测和控制,基于Labview软件开发了一套机床主轴振动测试分析系统。以雕铣机DK6050为研究对象,进行碳纤维复合材料钻削试验,由压电式加速度传感器采集主轴振动信号,进行频谱分析。实验结果表明该方法可准确找出振动源,得出不同切削参数对主轴振动的影响规律,为优化加工参数,提高表面质量提供实验依据。Because the spindle vibration occurs during Composite drilling process it is diffcult to machine the materials and a great influence is had on the product precision and the tool lifetime. It is necessary to monitor and control its vibration in real time,at the same time a set of its spindle vibration test and analysis system is developed based on the Labview software. The DK6050 engraving and milling machine is taken as the research object to make the carbon fiber composite materials drilling test and the piezoelectric acceleration sensor is used to colect the vibration signal of the spindle,then the signals are analyzed spectroscopically. The experimental results show that this method can be used to accurately identify the source of vibration and the influence law and the experimental basis is provided for improving the surface quality and optimizing the machining parameters.
