摘 要:刀具轨迹规划一直是复杂曲面数控加工中的重点研究内容。针对复杂曲面轨迹规划的关键技术,对现有轨迹规划算法的发展与现状进行了综述,同时对刀具干涉类型、干涉消除算法以及行距和步长的确定进行了总结。分析了当前研究中的不足,指出一些新的研究成果尚不能完全满足工程实际需求,认为复杂曲面加工刀具轨迹规划技术应兼顾理论研究与实际应用,并考虑机床的运动学与动力学特性以实现高效、高速加工。Tool path planning is always the key research content of sculptured surface NC machining. Aiming at the key techniques in the field of tool path planning,the research status and progresses of path planning algorithms are reviewed. Meanwhile the interference treatment strategy and calculation of side step and step length are summarizied. This paper analyzes the disadvantages of current research,points out that the some achievements cannot completely meet the requirment of the engineering application and considers that the sculptured surface machining tool path planning technology should be combined with theorefical research and practical application,and the kinematic and dynamic characteristics of machine tool are used to achieve high efficient and high speed machining.
