摘  要:面向数控机床微型化、可重构等应用需求,研制了两组合模式(数控车床、数控铣床)微型数控机床。兼顾组合的柔性、精度、易操作性及机床功能等因素,将机床分解为主轴、工作台、床身、立柱等基本模块进行设计,解决了组合过程中的装配、调节误差等问题。机床配置EAMA-3000i型车铣通用数控系统,目前已实现产品化。应用结果表明,该机床重构简便,设备运行稳定可靠,加工范围、精度完全满足设计要求。This paper develops a miniaturized numerical control machine tool,which the function of CNC lathe and CNC milling machine is integrated in. It is characteristic of the flexibility,precision and simplification. The tool is decomposed into several modules,namely,spindle module,cross-table module,body module and upon column module. Meanwhile to control the adjustment error during the procession of assembly,a numerical control system with the EAMA-3000 i is developed by our team. The experimental results show that the tool operates smoothly and its structure is slmple for its reconfiguration. Furthermore its processing range and precision can completely meet our previous design requirements.
