摘 要:对局部特征尺度分解(Local characteristic-scale decomposition,简称LCD)方法进行了改进,分析了低频ISC分量(Intrinsic Scale Component,简称ISC)出现驻点的原因,提出了一种改进驻点的局部特征尺度分解方法,仿真信号的分析结果验证了改进的LCD方法的优越性。在此基础上将改进的LCD方法与包络谱相结合应用于滚动轴承故障诊断,采用改进的LCD方法对滚动轴承振动信号进行分解得到若干个ISC分量,对ISC分量进行包络谱分析从而识别滚动轴承的工作状态,实验数据的分析结果表明该方法的有效性。The Local characteristic-scale decomposition( LCD) method is improved in this paper. The reason of appearance of the stagnation point on low frequency intrinsic scale component( ISC) is analyzed and a new method which called eliminate stagnation point-based Local characteristic-scale decomposition method is presented. The results from the simulation signal have shown the obvious advantages of the improved LCD method. Based on the improvement of the LCD,the combination of the LCD and envelope analysis is applied to the roller bearing fault diagnosis. The roller bearing vibration signals is composed by the improved LCD into some intrinsic scale component( ISC). The envelope analysis method based on Hilbert is used to analyze the ISCs and the work state of rolling bearing can be identified. The experimental results showed that the improved LCD method and Envelopment analysis method have a good result to apply to the rolling bearing fault diagnosis.
