依托师生联合党支部加强高校“三型”党组织建设工作模式探讨

摘　　要：党的基层组织是党执政的组织基础,党的十八大报告提出建设"学习型、服务型、创新型的马克思主义政党",首次把"三型"作为马克思主义执政党的重要特征,上升到党的"三位一体"建设的战略目标,对高校党组织建设提出了新的目标和要求。师生联合党支部建设模式将大学三大功能与党组织"三型"建设结合在一起,使教师党员和学生党员充分发挥在学习、服务、创新方面的优势作用,推进高校"三型"党组织建设的有机统一。The Party＇ s grassroots organizations are the organization foundation for Chinese Communist Party to administrate. The proposals of establishing Marxism political party of learning serviing innovating-oriented were put forward at the 18th Party＇s Congress report. The ＂Three patterns＂ bacame as an important feature of Marxist ruling party for the first time, and it conformed to the strategic target of the Party＇ s wholeness construction. At the same time, new goals were proposed for the construction of the party organizations in College. The construction mode of the party branches of teachers and students in College combines the three major functions of college with the construction of ＂Three patterns＂ Chinese Communist Party in order that the Party members of teachers and students, play a model role in learning, serving and innovating, aiming at the organic unity of constructing the ＂Three Pattern-Oviented＂ Chinese Communist Party organiztions.
