摘  要:在1J12合金的基础上添加Zr元素,研究了不同含量的Zr元素对1J12合金的软磁性能、力学性能及组织的影响。试验发现,在1J12合金中,随着Zr含量的增加,合金晶粒明显细化,塑性提高,有利于改善合金的加工性能。同时,添加Zr会使合金软磁性能恶化,表现为磁导率降低,矫顽力显著增加,不同磁场下的磁感应强度降低。Effects of Zr content on the soft magnetic property, mechanical property and microstructure were investigated on the basis of 1J12 alloy. The results showed that with increasing Zr content, the grain size of 1J12 alloy was refined, the plasticity was enhanced, which would benefit to improve the processing property of 1J12 alloy. However, the soft magnetic property of he alloy was worsens, the permeability was decreased, the coercivity was increased, and the magnetic strength was lower in different magnetic field.
