摘 要:以地表采动影响最小、资源解放最多和经济效益最优作为基本目标,建立了"三下"采搬途径选择模型,采用模糊层次分析法,确定"三下"开采的途径。以某矿建筑物下开采为例,将搬迁开采、条带开采、全部充填开采以及"采-充-留"协调开采方式进行了对比,确定了该矿铁路煤柱区建筑物下压煤的采搬途径。Mining and moving ways selection model of 'three unders' was built, its basic targets were the minimum surface move-ment, the maximal resource utilization and the optimum economic benefit, then mining method of 'three unders' was confirmed.It taking mining under buildings of one coal mine as example, and then some different mining method were compared, which included removal mining, strip mining, fully backfilling mining and mining coordinately mixed with backfill mining and setting pillars, the fi-nal mining and moving method of coal under buildings that around railway coal pillar areas was determined.
