摘 要:为了进一步研究木材横纹全表面受压力学性能,选用了5种木材进行横纹径向、弦向及斜向全表面受压测试,采用了自制的力传感器,实现数据自动记录。结果表明:木材横纹全表面径向和斜向受压以压缩破坏为主,弦向受压分层理屈曲破坏和压缩破坏2种形式;木材横纹径向和斜向全表面受压力-位移曲线为三段式,弦向由于木材破坏形式的差异,出现非三段式力-位移曲线;木材横纹全表面抗压强度与密度存在显著的二次多项式回归关系,并拟合得到木材横纹全表面抗压强度与密度关系表达式。A fully understanding of wood properties is the prerequisite for the protection of aged timber buildings.To further investigate the mechanical properties of wood section compression in the transverse direction,five types of wood were compressed in radial,tangential and slant direction.A self-developed force sensor was used in this study by connecting with the computer so that the data can be automatically recorded.The results showed that the failure mode of wood in radial and slant direction was mainly compression failure,whereas it was divided into stratification buckling failure and compression failure in tangential direction.The compressive force-displacement curves can be divided into three stages in the radial and slant direction whereas in the tangential direction they cannot be divided into three stages due to the differences between the failure modes.The equation of whole section compression strength and density for wood can be described by the quadratic polynomial equation.
