配植物筋砌块砌体通缝抗剪性能试验研究

摘　　要：为了研究配植物筋砌块砌体通缝抗剪的力学性能,考虑2种砌块强度等级、2种砂浆强度等级及3种植物筋配筋率的影响,制作了7组配植物筋砌块砌体,并进行通缝抗剪试验,研究不同工况下配植物筋砌体的受力特点、界面抗剪强度及配筋率对抗剪性能的影响;运用ABAQUS对配植物筋砌体通缝抗剪试验进行数值模拟,对比分析试验与数值模拟2种结果,基于可靠指标的概率理论极限状态设计法,推导不同工况组合的配植物筋砌块砌体通缝抗剪强度值。结果表明:配植物筋砌体破坏形态为剪切破坏,砂浆强度对砌体抗剪强度影响最大,每层配筋砌体提高抗剪强度为隔层配筋砌体提高抗剪强度的近2倍。在试验研究与模拟分析的基础上,引入修正的回归系数K拟合得到配植物筋砌块砌体通缝抗剪计算公式,推导公式的计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。In order to study the joint shear performance of block masonry reinforced with plant,joint shear tests were carried out on 7groups of masonry blocks reinforced with plant,including two types of block strength grade,two types of mortar strength grade and three kinds of plant steel reinforcement ratio.The mechanical characteristics,interfacial shear strength and the influence of the plant reinforced masonry shear strength under different working conditions of the masonry reinforced with plant are studied in this paper..The effects of plant steel reinforcement ratio on shear performance were also studied.Numerical simulation by using finite element software ABAQUS was performed on the joint shear tests of masonry reinforced with plant.Results from the experiment and numerical simulation were compared with each other.Based on the reliability index from the probability limit state design method,the shear strength values of block masonry reinforced with plant is derived under different working conditions.The results show that the failure pattern of masonry reinforced with plant is shear failure.Mortar strength has the greatest impact on masonry shear strength.The shear strength of masonry reinforced with plant each layer is nearly 2times of every one layer.Based on experimental research and simulation analysis,the joint shear calculation formula of block masonry reinforced with plant is fitted by using correction regression coefficient K.The results of derived the formula calculation are in good agreement with experimental results.
