摘　　要：近年来儿童意外伤害事件时有发生,但是很少有人将这种现象与儿童忽视联系在一起。本文在对国内外相关研究回顾的基础上,将近年来媒体报道的儿童意外伤害事件作为研究资料,分析了儿童意外伤害事件发生的过程,深入探讨了事件的责任和后果。研究表明,儿童意外伤害事件不仅是儿童健康问题,更是儿童权利和儿童保护的问题,其中家长和监护人负有不可推卸的监管和照顾的责任,因此需要将儿童意外伤害事件纳入儿童忽视的范畴来进行研究、干预。本文最后对儿童意外伤害与儿童忽视未来的研究方向、公众教育和政策制定提出了相关建议。In recent years, the number of child accidental injury is increasing, yet few people have connected such injuries with child neglect. Based on the literature review of studies on child neglect nationally and internationally, we selected media reports on child accidental injury, analyzed the process of accidents, and explored their impacts and related responsibilities. Findings show that child accidental injury can be defi ned not only as a public health issue for children, but also an issue of children's rights as well as child protection, for which, their parents and guardians bear inescapable caring and supervision responsibilities. It is claimed that child accidental injury should be def ined as one category of child neglect for research and intervention. Suggestions of child accidental injury and child neglet for future research, public education and policy advocacy have been raised accordingly.
