摘　　要：本文从服务学习视角,通过对北京市青少年志愿服务状况的问卷调查,探寻青少年志愿服务参与意愿及其与志愿服务实践的相互影响。研究发现,提高青少年志愿服务的参与意愿,促进青少年志愿服务的实践,有赖于青少年志愿服务对青少年现实需求和发展需要的有效把握和回应,有赖于青少年志愿服务环节和环境的完善。Based on the survey data from the situation of teenager voluntary service in Beijing, this study aims to explore the willingness of teenagers' participation and interaction with the real voluntary action from a service learning perspective. Results show that effectively understanding and responding teenager's realistic needs and developmental needs, and improving the content and environment of teenagers' voluntary services can help to increase the willingness of teenagers' voluntary participation and actions.
