摘 要:利用四驱五电机台架对某前置前驱车型传动系统进行功率损耗分布试验研究,探究了不同档位、不同发动机转速下各传动系部件的功耗损失及功耗损失占比。试验结果表明,各传动系部件的功耗损失随着档位的提升、发动机转速的升高而增加;各传动系零部件的功耗占比在相同档位下随着发动机转速的提高基本不变;该车型轮毂轴承的功耗损失随着档位的增加而骤升,并达到整个传动系功耗损失的55%,说明轮毂轴承是影响整车传动系阻力的关键件。对比了四种参数不同轮毂轴承在整车上的功率损失,并优选功率损失最小的轮毂轴承进行整车油耗试验,结果显示,优化后整车油耗降低了0.14 L。With the use of four-wheel drive five motors bench, an experimental research on reducing resistance of a front-en-gine front-drive car has been done to explore the power loss and its percent of every single part in different stalls and engine speeds. The test result shows that the power loss of every single part increased when the stalls increased or the engine speed increased. The percentage of power loss of every single part maintains the same whenever the different stalls or engine speeds. The power loss of the wheel hub bearings suddenly rises when increasing stalls, so may be the wheel hub bearings are the key parts of the car to reducing resistance. Four different wheel bearings with different parameters on the vehicle power loss are compared, and the wheel hub bearing of the minimal power loss is selected to operate vehicle fuel consumption test. The re-sults show that the optimization reduces 0. 14L of vehicle fuel consumption.
