摘  要:双主轴车削加工中心结构复杂、运动形式多样,能够一次装夹下完成零件的所有加工工序,但由于机床结构较复杂,在试件加工时往往会发生碰撞、干涉等危险情况,给机床使用带来风险,同时影响机床的高效应用。基于虚拟仿真技术,以EMCO maxxturn65双主轴车削中心为研究对象,在VERICUT中构建机床虚拟仿真加工系统,并进行仿真加工。通过仿真加工,检验NC程序的正确性,检测加工中可能出现的干涉、碰撞等情况,预知加工结果;根据仿真加工,对错误的NC进行纠正,保证机床使用中的安全性,进而提高该类机床的应用效率。The double spindle turning center with complicate structure and various movement form, be able to complete all machining operations of one clamping. Because of the complicate structures, the collision, interference and other dangerous situation often happens when specimen processing, which bring risks to the machine use, and also affect machine's efficient application at the same time. Taking EMCO maxxturn65 double spindle turning center as the research object, based on virtual simulation technology, build the virtual simulation machine system in VERICUT and take the simulation procession. To check the correctness of NC program, possible interference, collision detection in the processing, etc. , machining results are predic-ted by virtual processing. According to the simulation processing, errors of NC are corrected, safety in machine tool use is guaranteed, and then the efficiency of the application of this kind of machine tool is improved.
