乌司他汀辅助治疗呼吸机相关性肺炎患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究乌司他汀辅助治疗呼吸机相关性肺炎患者的临床效果,为治疗呼吸机相关性肺炎患者寻求有效的治疗药物。方法选择2014年1月-2015年3月医院RICU 80例呼吸机相关性肺炎患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例;两组患者均根据痰液培养结果应用抗菌药物,并给予气道湿化及营养支持等常规治疗,观察组患者同时给予乌司他汀进行辅助治疗;观察两组患者治疗后临床效果,数据采用SPSS 18.0软件进行统计分析。结果患者治疗总有效率观察组为95.00%,对照组为90.00%;观察组患者体温、白细胞水平、咳嗽消失、血清CRP水平恢复及住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组细菌清除率达93.96%,显著高于对照组的56.10%;两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乌司他汀辅助治疗呼吸机相关性肺炎患者具有较好的临床效果,能有效缩短患者各种症状的恢复时间,有效清除细菌,值得推广使用。OBJECTIVE To study the clinical efficacy of ulinastatin adjuvant therapy for ventilator-associated pneumonia within RICU infected patients,and to seek effective drugs for ventilator-associated pneumonia.METHODS A total of 80 cases of patients with RICU ventilator-associated pneumonia from Jan.2014 to Mar.2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group（40cases）and control group（40cases）.All patients were given antimicrobial drugs based on sputum culture results,and airway humidification and nutritional support and other conventional treatment were also conducted.While the observation group was given ulinastatin adjuvant treatment.Therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed.The results were statistically analyzed by software SPSS 18.0.RESULTS The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00% which was higher than the control group with 90.00 %.The body temperature,white blood cells（WBC）,cough disappearance,serum CRP levels recovery and hospital stay of patients in the observation group were significantly shorter than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The bacteria elimination rate of observation group was 93.96% which was significantly higher than that of the control group with 56.10%（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONUlinastatin adjuvant therapy in patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia within RICU has good clinical effect.It can effectively shorten the recovery time of a variety of symptoms,eliminate bacteria,and worth being introduced.
