摘 要:目的分析患者经尿道前列腺电切术后患者感染病原菌分布,并研究其对细胞凋亡相关蛋白水平的影响,为临床相关治疗提供参考依据。方法对医院2011年8月-2015年6月诊治的95例经尿道前列腺电切术后感染患者为感染组,以经尿道前列腺电切术后未感染患者200例为未感染组,同期选取健康体检者200名为对照组,分析病原菌分布及3组受试人员细胞凋亡相关蛋白水平,数据采用SPSS 20.0软件进行统计分析。结果 95例经尿道前列腺电切术后感染患者共分离病原菌95株,以革兰阴性菌为主,共49株占51.6%;感染组与对照组和未感染组相比,抑制凋亡蛋白(Bcl2)水平明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论经尿道前列腺电切术后患者感染病原菌以革兰阴性菌为主,且感染引起患者血清中促凋亡蛋白和炎症因子水平升高,抑制凋亡蛋白水平降低。OBJECTIVE To investigate the pathogen distribution in transurethral resection of prostate patients and its effects on serum apoptotic related proteins.METHODS A total of 95 patients with transurethral resection of prostate in our hospital were enrolled in this research from Apr.2011 to Jun.2015 as infected group.A total of200 cases of healthy subjects were taken as control group and 200 cases of non-infected patients were taken as noninfected group.Pathogen distribution and apoptosis-related protein level in subjects of the three groups were analyzed.The results were analyzed by statistical software SPSS 20.0.RESULTS A total of 95 strains of pathogens were isolated from the patients that contained 49gram-negative strains(51.6%)Compared with control group and non-infected group,the inhibitors of apoptosis protein(Bcl2)in the infected group were increased greatly,and difference was statistically significant(P〈0.01).CONCLUSION The main pathogen after transurethral prostate electrocision was gram-negative bacteria,and infection can cause pro-apoptotic protein and inflammatory cytokines in serum rise to inhibit the decrease of apoptosis protein.
