头孢唑林与头孢呋辛预防消化道手术患者切口感染的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨应用头孢呋辛与头孢唑林预防痔疮与胃肠手术患者切口感染的效果,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法选取医院2014年3月-2015年3月接收的痔疮与胃肠手术患者60例作为研究对象,按预防使用抗菌药物种类的不同分为两组,头孢唑林组30例给予头孢唑林治疗,头孢呋辛组30例给予头孢呋辛治疗,对比两组患者切口感染率及临床指标变化,数据采用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析。结果头孢唑林组患者切口感染1例,感染率为3.33%,头孢呋辛组患者切口感染2例,感染率为6.67%,两组比较差异无统计学意义;手术前以及手术后2、4d头孢唑林组与头孢呋辛组患者中性粒细胞计数、白细胞计数及血红蛋白变化差异均无统计学意义。结论应用头孢呋辛与头孢唑林预防于痔疮与胃肠手术伤口感染的效果均显著。OBJECTIVE To explore efficacy of cefuroxime and cefazolin in preventing surgical would infections after hemorrhoids and gastrointestinal surgeries,so as to provide the basis for clinical treatment.METHODS A total of60 patients underwent haemorrhoid and gastrointestinal surgeries from Mar.2014 to Mar.2015 were selected as research subjects,who were divided into two groups according to different application of antibiotics.Cefazolin group（30cases）was given cefazolin,and cefuroxime group（30cases）was given cefurozime.Would infection rates and clinical indicators in both groups were compared.Data were analyzed with SPSS 17.0.RESULTS There was 1patient underwent incision infection in cefazolin group with the infection rate at 3.33%,while there were 2patients underwent incision infection in cefuroxime group with the infection rate at 6.67%.There was no significant difference.The changes in neutrophils,white blood cells and hemoglobin in both groups before treatment and2 days and 4days after treatment had no significant difference.CONCLUSIONBoth cefazolin and cefuroxime have significant efficacy in the treatment and prevention of wound infections after hemorrhoids and gastrointestinal surgeries.
