摘 要:目的分析支原体肺炎(MPP)合并心肌损害患儿心电图(ECG)特征和心肌酶谱变化,为合理制定诊治方案提供客观参考依据。方法选取2012年1月-2014年12月MPP患儿506例作为病例组,根据是否合并心肌损害将其分为心肌损害组50例和非心肌损害组456例,同期选取100名健康儿童作为对照组;对心肌损害组患儿的ECG改变及3组儿童的心肌酶谱指标进行检验和比较,数据采用SPSS 13.0软件进行统计分析。结果 MPP合并心肌损害患儿均存在ECG异常,其中以窦性心动过缓、窦性心动过速、ST-T段改变患儿最多,分别占28.0%、24.0%和22.0%;心肌损害组患儿的心肌酶谱指标高于非心肌损害组,非心肌损害组患儿的心肌酶谱指标高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MPP患儿常合并心肌损害,联合检测心肌酶谱指标和ECG能够提高针对心肌损害的诊断效率,有助于实现早期诊断、早期治疗并改善患儿的预后。OBJECTIVE To analyze the changes of electrocardiogram(ECG)and myocardial enzymogram in children with mycoplasma pneumonia(MPP)combined with myocardial damage and to provide objective evidence for reasonable diagnosis and treatment.METHODS From Jan.2012 to Dec.2014,506 children with MPP were selected as the case group.Based on myocardial damage,they were divided into 50 cases of myocardial damage group and456 cases of non-myocardial damage group.Totally 100 healthy children were selected as control group.ECG changes in myocardial damage group and myocardial enzymogram indexes of three groups were examined and compared.Data were analyzed with 13.0software statistically.RESULTS There were ECG abnormalities in children with MPP complicated with myocardial damage.Among those children,cases with sinus tachycardia,sinus bradycardia,ST-T segment changes composed of the most cases,accounting for 28%,24%,and 22%,respectively.Myocardial enzymogram indexes in the myocardial damage group were higher than those in the non-myocardial damage group,the myocardial enzymogram indexes of children in the non-myocardial damage group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were all significant(P〈0.05).CONCLUSION Complication of myocardial damage among children with MPP is common,combined detection of myocardial enzymogram and ECG can improve diagnostic efficiency of myocardial damage,and help achieve early diagnosis,early treatment and improve.
