摘 要:目的分析C-反应蛋白(CRP)在呼吸道感染性疾病早期诊断中的应用,为临床呼吸道感染性疾病的诊断提供理论参考依据。方法对2011年12月-2012年12月于医院儿科住院的98例呼吸道感染患儿进行研究,根据患儿的病原学检查及临床特征分为细菌感染组52例和病毒感染组46例,同期选择42名健康儿童作对照组,对比3组受试儿童的CRP和前白蛋白(PA)水平,数据采用SPSS 13.0软件进行统计分析。结果细菌感染组CRP水平为(88.92±28.87)mg/L、异常率为96.2%,均明显高于病毒感染组的(6.02±2.97)mg/L、4.3%,且细菌感染组PA水平(100.21±48.31)mg/L、75.0%,亦明显高于病毒感染组的(289.87±90.34)mg/L、2.2%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CRP水平和PA水平是炎性反应的重要标志物,对于儿童呼吸道感染性疾病中,早期诊断患儿的呼吸道感染,鉴别细菌感染和病毒感染,判断患儿的病情,有显著应用价值。OBJECTIVE To analyze the role of C-reactive protein(CRP)in early diagnosis of respiratory infections,and to provide a theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis of respiratory tract infections.METHODS A total of 98 inpatient children with respiratory infections from Dec.2011 to Dec.2012 were included in this study.According to their pathogenic examinations and clinical characteristics,they were divided into 52 cases of bacterial infected group and 46 cases of viral infected group.Meanwhile,42 healthy children were enrolled as control group.CRP and prealbumin(PA)levels in three groups were compared.Data were analyzed with SPSS 13.0.RESULTS CRP level of bacterial infected group was(88.92±28.87)mg/L,and abnormal rate was 96.2%,both were significantly higher than viral infected group with CRP level(6.02±2.97)mg/L,and abnormal rate 4.3%,and the PA level in bacterial infected group was(100.21 ± 48.31)mg/L,abnormal rate was 75.0%,which was also significantly higher than PA level in bacterial infected group(289.87±90.34)mg/L,abnormal rate 2.2%,all differences were significant(P〈0.05).CONCLUSIONCRP levels and PA levels are important indicators of inflammatory response.They are of significant value in early diagnosis of respiratory tract infections identification of bacterial and viral infections,and determination of conditions for children with respiratory tract infections.
