湿性愈合敷料对胸部手术患者切口感染的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨湿性愈合敷料在胸部手术患者切口感染中的临床疗效,为切口感染患者换药方案的选择提供参考依据。方法选择2012年9月-2014年12月于医院心胸外科接受开胸手术治疗后发生切口感染的70例患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各35例;对照组患者采用传统干纱布换药方案,观察组患者采用湿性愈合敷料换药;比较两组患者的愈合时间及临床疗效,数据采用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析。结果观察组患者新生肉芽组织生长时间及切口完全愈合时间分别为(4.63±1.92)(12.46±3.51)d,显著短于对照组(7.45±2.87)(18.73±4.16)d;观察组的总有效率为91.43%,显著高于对照组71.43%,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论湿性愈合辅料可以加速开胸手术切口部位感染患者切口的愈合,提高治疗效果和患者满意度,并降低医疗费用,值得在临床推广。OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical effect of wet healing dressing in thoracotomy patients with surgical incision infections,and to provide the basis for selecting treatment therapy for wound infections.METHODS A total of 70 patients with postoperative incision infections after thoracotomy,from Sep.2012 to Dec.2014 in our hospital,were divided into control group（35cases）and observation group（35cases）.Control group was given traditional dressing,and observation group was given wet healing dressing.Healing time and clinical efficacy were compared between two groups of patients.Data were analyzed with SPSS 17.0.RESULTS Starting time of wound granulation tissue growth and time of wound healing in observation group was（4.63±1.92）days,（12.46±3.51）days,and was significantly shorter than the control group（7.45±2.87）days,（18.73±4.1）days.The total effective rate of observation group was 91.43%,and was higher than the control group 71.43%.The difference was significant（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION Wet healing dressing can reduce time for wound healing in thoracotomy patients with surgical incision infections,and can improve clinical efficacy and reduce costs of health care,which is worthy of wide clinical application.
