基于文献计量方法的消癌平注射液临床安全性评估

摘　　要：该文全面检索了消癌平注射液临床应用及不良反应的中文文献,对文献数量、病例数量和不良反应例次数进行了统计分析,结果发现消癌平注射液可用于肺癌、肝癌、胃癌等多种癌症疾病的治疗,并且消癌平联合其它抗肿瘤药可以降低消化道反应、肝肾功能异常等不良反应的发生率。All the Chinese literatures on the clinical application and adverse reactions of Xiaoaiping injection were comprehensively searched. The number of literatures, cases and the incidence of adverse reactions were statistically analyzed It was found that Xiaoaiping could be used in the treatment of some kinds of cancers such as lung cancer, liver cancer, gastric cancer and so on, and furthermore its combination with other antineoplastic drugs could significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions including gastrointestinal reactions, liver and kidney dysfunction.
