2013—2014年华山医院北院门诊心血管类药物应用分析

摘　　要：本文对2013—2014年华山医院北院心血管类药物的用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)和限定日费用(DDC)进行分析。心血管类药物销售金额从2013年的761万元增长到2014年的1547万元,心血管类药物占全院药品比例从2013年的20.49%增长到2014年的25.99%。各类心血管类药物销售金额、DDDs均增加,其中销售金额最大的是抗高血压药,其次是调血脂药和抗血栓药。用药频度靠前的药物为阿托伐他汀钙片、瑞舒伐他汀钙片和氨氯地平片等。建议临床使用药品时,在疗效相等的情况下选取日均费用较低的药品以减少患者的经济负担。The amount of drugs, defined daily dose（DDDs） and defined daily cost（DDC） of cardiovascular drugs in Huashan North Hospital from 2013 to 2014 were analyzed. The sales of cardiovascular drugs increased from 7.61 million RMB in 2013 to 15.47 million RMB in 2014, and their ratio in total drug consumption sum also increased from 20.49% in 2013 to 25.99% in 2014. The consumption sum and DDDs of all kinds of cardiovascular drugs increased. Antihypertensive drugs occupied the first place in consumptive amount of money, next were antilipemic agents and antiplatelet thrombolytic drugs. Drugs that DDDs ranked in the first places were atorvastatin calcium, rosuvastatin calcium, amlodipine and so on. We recommend to choose the lower daily cost drugs in the circumstance of the same efficacy in clinical use so as to reduce the economic burden of patients.
