摘　　要：手术室药房虽是最近几年初建但意义重大,本文通过明确手术室药房新的业务流程、识别和控制操作流程中可能存在的风险、不断完善规章制度、保证执行力及强化日常质量控制检查等方面进行论述,系统阐述了建立手术室药房,改变手术药品管理模式,保证手术用药更加安全、有效。The surgical pharmacy has great significance though it is established in resent years. This article discusses the methods for the risk control of the surgical pharmacy, its business process and possible risk control, the continuous improvement of the rules and regulation to ensure their implementation and strengthen the monitoring of daily operation. The change of management mode for surgical medication can guarantee the safer and more effective use of medicines in the operating room.
