摘　　要：华山医院北院自动化药房自2015年6月启用,优势凸显,主要体现在可提高药师工作效率,缩短调配时间约50%,药品调剂的准确率达到了100%。同时,有效解决药品效期管理难题,保障了患者的用药安全。另一方面,应建立必要的应急预案,解决仪器故障时能确保有效地向人工模式切换,药师也需加强自身业务学习,努力提升药学服务水平。自动化药房设备的应用能提高医院药房的管理和服务水平,为药师转型奠定基础。The automated pharmacy in North Huashan Hospital has been enabled since Jun., 2015 and its advantages have been highlighting, which mainly reflect in the improvement of the work efficiency of pharmacists, the reduction of time for drug dispending down to 50%, the increase of the accuracy of drug dispending up to 100% and so on. Meanwhile, the problem for the management of drug expiration date is effectively solved and the safety of the patient＇s medication can be ensured. On the other hand, the necessary contingency plans should be established so that manual mode can be switched to in case the equipment failure happens, and pharmacists should also strengthen their own business learning, and strive to improve their pharmaceutical service levels. The management and service level of the hospital pharmacy can be improved by application of pharmacy automation equipment, which can lay a foundation for the transformation of pharmacists.
