摘 要:为了实现快速深层离子渗氮,稀土Ce和椰壳活性炭被均匀地放到渗氮炉的阴极盘上,并使渗氮温度在530℃和490℃循环变化,渗氮时间为8 h。同时设计了其他3种工艺进行对比实验。研究发现:复合工艺中椰壳活性炭的加入能够改善渗氮层的性能,提高渗氮速度,提高渗氮层中ε相的比重。循环变温在复合工艺中能够起到抑制γ'相含量的降低和明显提高ε相的比重,提高渗氮层的综合性能。而稀土Ce的加入使得复合渗氮工艺能够明显提高渗氮速度,改善渗氮层性能,提高其耐磨性。复合工艺使得20Cr Mn Ti的渗氮层深度达到了368μm。In order to realize the fast and deep ion nitriding,rare earth Ce and coconut shell activated carbon was placed on the cathode plate of nitriding furnace evenly. The nitriding temperature changed at 530 ℃ and 490℃,and nitriding time was 8h. While the design of other three kinds of process were designed to be contrast experiments. The study found: Coconut shell activated carbon used in composite process can improve the property of nitrided layer,and nitriding speed,the proportion of ε phase in the nitrided layer. The faction of Temperature cycling in composite process can restrain the decrease of γ' phase content and obviously increase the proportion of ε phase,improve the combination property of nitriding layer. The faction of rare earth Ce in composite process can obviously improve the speed of nitriding,property of nitriding layer,including wear resistance. By using the composite technology of ion nitriding,the nitriding layer depth of 20 CrMnTi steel has reached 368 μm.
