摘 要:针对退浆液中聚乙烯醇(PVA)含量高、难降解、难回收等问题,以多孔陶瓷膜作为载体,TiO_2粉末作为涂膜材料,采用动态陶瓷膜净化回收色织企业退浆液中的PVA,考察了涂膜浓度、跨膜压差、错流速度、温度等操作条件对膜通量的影响。通过参数优化实验,确定动态陶瓷膜处理退浆液的最佳运行条件为:TiO_2涂膜质量浓度0.4 g/L、跨膜压差30 kPa、错流速度0.3 m/s、温度40℃。在该条件下处理退浆液,膜运行通量为52 L/(m^2·h),PVA由原水的1 580 mg/L降到142 mg/L,去除率可达91%,滤出液的CODcr值小于180 mg/L,达到国家有关纺织染整工业污染物的二级排放标准,PVA浓度最高可达原废水的8倍,可进行回收利用。To solve the problems of high contents, and difficulties in degradation and recovery of PVA in desizing wastewater, dynamic ceramic membrane was selected to treat the desizing wastewater and recover PVA,using porous ceramic membrane as a carrier and TiO2 powder as the coating material. Effects of operating conditions such as coating concentration, transmembrane pressure,cross-flow velocity and temperature on membrane flux were investigated.According to the parameter optimization experiment, the optimal operating conditions of the dynamic ceramic membrane for treating desizing wastewater were determined as TiO2 coating concentration at 0.4 g/L, transmembrane pressure at 30 k Pa,cross-flow velocity at 0.3 m/s and temperature at 40℃. Under the optimal operating conditions, membrane flux was52 L/(m^2·h). The concentration of PVA was declined from 1 580 mg/L to 142 mg/L and removal rate of PVA reached91%. CODcrof leaching liquid was less than 180 mg/L,which could reach the secondary pollutant discharge standard of textile dyeing. The concentration of PVA was up to eight times that of original wastewater and PVA could be recycled.
