摘 要:针对色织行业丝光废碱液在线回收脱色难、蒸发效率低等问题,研发了一套以高效过滤、扩容蒸发、臭氧催化氧化技术为核心的丝光废碱液在线回收技术,并进行了工程应用。结果表明,淡碱经浓缩废液处理后,达到了丝光工艺用碱浓度要求,浓碱出液中无荧光增白剂检出,色度、SS均可满足不同颜色色织布的丝光过程。按实际平均日处理量200m3/d计算,每日可回收氢氧化钠5 t左右,年回收氢氧化钠超过1 800 t,为企业带来了经济效益与环境效益的双赢。To solve a series of problems of waste lye online recycling in yarn-dyed industry, such as difficult discoloration and low evaporation efficiency, a set of mercerizing waste lye online recycling technology was developed and then applied to the actual project. This technology was based on a set of high-performance filtration, expansion evaporation and catalytic ozonization. The results showed that after concentration treatment, the concentrated waste lye could reach the alkali concentration of mercerizing process. Fluorescent brightening agent was not found in the concentrated lye. Chroma and SS in the concentrated lye could meet the dyed fabric mercerizing process of different colors. According to the actual average daily amount of 200 m3/d, about 5 t sodium hydroxide could be recycled per day and more than 1800 t sodium hydroxide could be recycled per year. This technology could bring economic and environmental benefits for the enterprises.
