摘　　要：在利用不完全双列杂交法(NCⅡ)对来自不同生态区域优良夏秋用家蚕品种资源的配合力进行测试的基础上,选择各数量性状总配合力效应值表现突出的成对品种资源作为育种新材料的骨干亲本,同时插交不同特殊性状亲本,通过级进育成杂交方法组配成几个综合性状更加优良的育种新材料。新材料在春、夏、秋季不同饲养环境下定向培育,经多代活蛹缫丝选择,分别育成了2个中系家蚕品种C9、云竹1与2个日系家蚕品种秋湘A、秋白B,并进一步组配成了四元杂交新组合C9·云竹1×秋湘A·秋白B(韶·辉×旭·东)。实验室鉴定、农村饲养及种场繁育结果表明,韶·辉×旭·东具有强健好养、产茧量高、茧丝长、洁净优、蚕种易繁育的特点,其综合经济性状优良。在夏、秋季进行的实验室联合鉴定中,新品种杂交组合的万蚕产茧量和万蚕茧层量分别比对照组合932·芙蓉×7532·湘晖(9·芙×7·湘)高7.4%、8.0%,一粒茧丝长为1 153.5 m,解舒丝长904.1 m,洁净96.04分。育成的优质高产家蚕新品种韶·辉×旭·东适合在我国南方蚕区与长江流域的夏秋蚕季推广饲养。Base on the evaluation of combining ability of excellent silkworm variety resources for summer-autumn rearing from different ecotopes in the incomplete diallel crossing design,the paired variety resources which showed high total combining ability（ TCA） effect values on various quantitative characters were selected as key parents of the new breeding materials. By crossing with the parents that had different special characteristics,several new breeding materials with excellent comprehensive characters were prepared through progressive crossing method. Two Chinese strain silkworm varieties C9 and Yunzhu 1 and two Japanese strain silkworm varieties Qiuxiang A and Qiubai B were bred by using directional selection under different climatic circumstances in spring,summer and autumn and combining with live cocoon reeling for multiple generations. Furthermore,the quaternary hybrid combination C9·Yunzhu 1 × Qiuxiang A·Qiubai B（ Shao·Hui × Xu·Dong） was prepared. The results of laboratory identification,rural production test and silkworm egg reproduction test revealed that the prepared hybrid combination had the advantages of strong vitality,easy handling,high cocoon yield,long cocoon filament,high neatness and easy egg reproduction,and had excellent comprehensive economic characters. In summer and autumn,the performance of the new variety in laboratory co-identification test showed that its cocoon yield and cocoon shell weight per 10 000 larvea were 7. 4% and 8. 0% higher than those of the control hybrid combination 932·Furong ×7532·Xianghui（ 9·Fu × 7·Xiang）. Its length of cocoon filament was 1 153. 5 m,length of non-broken cocoon fil-ament was 904. 1 m,and neatness was 96. 04 points. This new high-quality and high-yield silkworm variety Shao·Hui ×Xu·Dong is suitable for summer-autumn rearing in southern China and Yangtze River valley.
