摘  要:以含聚乙二醇侧链二元醇Ymer N120、PEG为不同的亲水扩链剂合成了一系列非离子型、耐电解质水性聚氨酯,并用红外光谱对其结构进行了表征;通过比较乳液的粒径以及胶膜的耐水性、耐溶剂性、热稳定性、机械性能等,研究了不同的亲水扩链剂对合成的水性聚氨酯性能的影响。结果表明:以含聚乙二醇侧链二元醇为亲水扩链剂,分子设计灵活,不影响聚合物的其它物性,所制备的水性聚氨酯耐水、耐溶剂、耐热、耐寒以及机械性能等均优于PEG型水性聚氨酯,并具有良好的耐酸、碱、盐稳定性。Polyethylene glycol(PEG, molecular weight 2000) and Ymer N120(diol with poly ethyl glycol side chain)were used as hydrophilic chain extenders, a series of nonionic, electrolyte resistance waterborne polyurethane were synthesized and the effect of different hydrophilic chain extenders on the performance of WPU, such as the particle size of the final emulsion, the water resistance, solvent résistance, thermal stability and mechanical properties of film etc were investigated in detail. The results indicate that two type of polyurethane have good stability in acid, alkali, salt, but other performances, such as water resistance, solvent resistance, heat resistance and mechanical properties of Ymer N120 based polyuretahne are all superior to PEG based polyurethane. Moreover,Ymer N120 was employed to prepare polyurethane shows more molecular design flexibility and little effect on polymer performance.
