摘　　要：为分析感染Cy HV-2异育银鲫(Carassius auratus gibelio)体内不同器官组织结构和功能的损伤,采集健康和患病异育银鲫头肾、脾脏、体肾、肠道、肝胰脏、鳃各组织样本,通过石蜡切片,HE染色对各器官组织进行组织病理学观察并对肠道和鳃进行扫描电镜观察。病鱼主要表现为,食欲减弱、离群独游、全身发黑、背鳍、尾鳍末端发白、眼球突出、肌肉充血,鳃呈鲜红色。在鳃丝末端由红色斑块,经解剖有红色腹水流出,组织器官广泛性损伤。组织病理学变化为,头肾和脾脏细胞溶解、免疫细胞侵润、免疫和造血系统严重破坏;体肾中肾小球萎缩、肾小管上皮细胞脱落、肾间质出现空泡、免疫细胞侵润;肠道绒毛增生、绒毛和微绒毛长度显著减少、粘膜下层显著增厚;肝胰脏中肝细胞出现溶解、中央静脉受损;鳃中毛细血管破坏、血管破裂或扩大、红细胞溢出、鳃小片基部细胞显著减少。结果表明,病毒对异育银鲫具有明显的致病性,可导致各器官组织发生病变,同时机体处于缺血、缺氧、营养不足、废物积累的内环境,这进一步加剧对异育银鲫主要的器官组织的损伤。In oder to analy ze the structural and functional injury of different organs and tissues of gibel carp（Carassius auratus gibelio） due to the infection of CyHV-2,we collected the tissue samples from head-kidney,spleen,body-kidney,intestinal tract,hepatopancreas and gill in healthy and sick gibel carp respectively.Histopathological observations of different organs and tissues were done by means of paraffin section and HE staining,and intestinal tract and gill were observed under the scanning electron microscope as well. The symptoms of the infected gibel carps showed anorexia,roaming,whole blackening,the ends of back and caudal fins whitening,proptosis,muscle congestion and gill blooding. The infected gibel carps had red plaques at the end of the gill filaments,while ascites fluid outflew after being dissected and extensive injury of tissues and organs happened. Histopathological changes of the infected gibel carps showed that cells of head-kidney and spleen were dissolved,immune cells invaded,and immune and hematopoietic system were distroyed heavily;further glomerular of kidney atrophied and tubular epithelial cell shedded but vacuoles was appering in interstitium,and immune cells were infiltrated;and that Hyperplasia of intestinal villi happened and the length of the villi and microvilli significantly reduced but submucosa markedly thickened. Histopathological changes also exhibited that liver cells in hepatopancreas appeared to be dissolved and central venous were injured;whereas capillary in gill was injured,vascular ruptured or expanded,red blood cell overflew,gill basal cells significantly reduced. The results showed that CyHV-2 had a significant pathogenicity that could lead to the pathological changes of the organs and tissues of gibel carp,as well as further injury on gibel carp＇s main organs and tissues due to its internal environment with ischemia,hypoxia,under-nutrition and waste accumulation.
