摘　　要：针对候鸟型城市低入住率小区进行定期入户安检面临的困难,比较常规定期安检与预约安检在不同入户率条件下的效率,提出利用IC卡表功能实行强制预约安检。介绍为了实现强制预约安检IC卡表的主要参数设定,为了保证表前管和立管的安全进行定期立管气密性测试的必要性和实施办法,探讨利用信息技术和管理手段提高强制预约安检效率和服务质量。In view of security check in residential difficulty in regular home areas with low occupancy rate in migratory bird cities, the efficiencies of regular security check and reservation security check under different home rates are compared. The obligatory reservation security check using IC card meter is proposed. The setting of main parameters of IC card meter for obligatory reservation security check and the necessity and implementation measures for regular riser air tightness test to ensure the safety of pipes in front of gas meters and risers are introduced. The improve- ments of obligatory reservation safety check efficiency and service quality by information technology and management measures are discussed.
