基层三甲医院开展临床药学实践的探讨

摘　　要：临床药学是现代医疗研究的重点和热点之一,基层三甲医院覆盖面广,客流量大,所涉及的药品繁多,迫切需要开展临床药学工作,贯彻"以患者为中心"的医学理念,为患者提供经济、高效、优质、安全的临床药学服务。目前,基层三甲医院开展临床药学工作还面临着诸多的难题,如需要学术上支持,需要政策上的支持等。本研究就基层三甲医院开展临床药学的实践进行探讨,旨在促进基层三甲医院临床药学工作的顺利开展。Clinical pharmacy and is the focus of one of the hotspots of modern medical research, the top three hospitals grassroots coverage, traffic, drugs involved in numerous, urgent need for clinical pharmacy, implementing the ＂patient-centered＂ medical philosophy, to provide patients economy, efficiency, quality and safety of clinical pharmacy services. Currently, the top three hospitals to carry out grassroots clinical pharmacy faces many problems, such as the need to support the academic, policy support and other needs. This study was conducted to investigate the three hospitals to carry out grassroots practice of clinical pharmacy, designed to promote grassroots three hospital clinical pharmacy work smoothly.
