肝硬化患者血小板参数和凝血指标测定结果的分析

摘　　要：目的探讨肝硬化患者血小板参数和凝血指标的变化及其临床意义。方法测定72例肝硬化患者和72例健康体检者的血小板参数和凝血指标,并将其测定结果进行比较。结果血肝硬化组小板参数PLT、PCT下降,MPV、PDW增高(P<0.05);肝硬化组凝血指标参数PT、TT、APTT较健康对照组延长,FIB下降(P<0.05)。结论肝硬化患者存在血小板及凝血功能异常的情况,血小板参数和凝血指标可以反映肝硬化患者的肝脏受损严重程度,对病情观察和判断预后有重要的应用价值。Objective To investigate the changes and its clinical significance of platelet parameters and coagulation indexes in patients with liver cirrhosis. Methods Platelet parameters and coagulation parameters were measured in 72 patients with liver cirrhosis and 72 healthy controls, and the results were compared with those of the patients. Results Blood platelet parameters in patients with liver cirrhosis PLT, MPV, PCT decreased, PDW increased（P0.05）. Patients with cirrhosis group compared with the healthy control group, PT, TT, APTT, and FIB decreased（P0.05）. Conclusion There is abnormal platelet and coagulation function in liver cirrhosis patients, platelet parameters and coagulation parameters can reflect the severity of liver damage in patients with liver cirrhosis, and it has important application value in the observation and prognosis.
