摘　　要：闭合性腹部创伤中小肠破裂在临床上较为常见,少数小肠破裂具有早期症状较轻、体征不明显、症状及体征推迟出现的特征,早期具有隐匿性,临床确诊和鉴定具有一定的难度。本例小肠破裂即为1例隐匿性小肠破裂损伤程度鉴定,早期体征不明确,认定起来较为困难,具有一定特点。Small intestine rupture in blunt abdominal trauma is common in clinic. A handful of small intestine rupture with early symptom is lighter, and there are not obvious signs or symptoms and signs appear delay characteristics, it is occult in early with stage, therefore, clinical diagnosis and identification has a certain difficulty. One case of small intestinal rupture damage is identified, the following is the describtion of the appraisal process.
