摘　　要：目的通过实验分析骨肉瘤患者样本中三磷酸腺苷酶家族蛋白-2(ATAD-2)的表达情况以及对临床诊断和治疗的意义。方法收集骨肉瘤样本以及骨肉瘤周围组织的样本,各50例,检测ATAD-2表达情况。结果骨肉瘤样本中的ATAD-2的mRNA的表达量高于骨肉瘤周围组织的样本。结论临床上发现某些组织疑似骨肉瘤且三磷酸腺苷酶家族蛋白-2表达程度较高时,可考虑患骨肉瘤的可能性较大。Objective Analysis of the expression of 2（ATAD-2） of adenosine triphosphatase（ATPase） family proteins in patients with osteosarcoma samples and the significance of clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods 50 cases of osteosarcoma and cases of osteosarcoma were collected, and the expression of ATAD-2 was detected. Results The expression of mRNA in osteosarcoma samples was higher than that in the surrounding tissues of osteosarcoma samples, and the ATAD-2 expression was higher than that of osteosarcoma. Conclusion Clinical found some suspected osteosarcoma and adenosine triphosphatase（ATPase） family protein 2 expression in a higher degree when considered in patients suffering from osteosarcoma possibility is larger.
