摘　　要：目的探讨陈旧性会阴裂伤修补术的临床疗效。方法选取我院2015年1月~2015年12月收治的82例陈旧性会阴裂伤患者,将其随机分为实验组与对照组,每组41例,对照组采用子宫全切术和阴道前后壁切除术,实验组采用会阴修补术,比较两组患者的术后康复情况。结果两组患者的治疗有效率对比,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论会阴修补术能够有效治疗患者的陈旧性会阴裂伤,效果良好。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of repair of old perineal laceration. Methods 82 cases of old laceration of perineum patients from January 2015 to December 2015 were randomly divided into experimental group and comparison group, 41 cases in each group, contrast group was treated with total hysterectomy and vaginal anterior and posterior wall resection, the experimental group was treated with perineal repair and compared two groups of patients with postoperative rehabilitation. Results The effective rate in treatment group was better than control group, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Perineal repair is effective in the treatment of patients with old laceration of perineum.
