探讨胸腔镜下肺大泡切除的手术适应证选择及术后并发症

摘　　要：目的分析患有不同程度肺大泡疾病择期进行胸腔镜手术切除患者的手术适应证和术后并发症出现情况。方法收集我院胸外科患有不同程度肺大泡疾病的患者30例,分成局限性肺大泡组(A组),肺大泡合并支气管疾病组(B组),肺大泡合并气胸组(C组)。对比三组患者的手术情况和术后并发症。结果 A组的治疗效果优于B组、C组,A组和C组并发症的发生率高于B组。结论胸腔镜手术切除肺大泡的治疗方法适用于患有不同程度的局限性肺大泡的患者,临床医师在手术治疗完成后应对术后并发症做出针对性处理。Objective To analyze adaptation syndrome and postoperative complication occurrence in thoracoscope surgery on patients suffering from varying degrees of lung bullous disease undergoing elective with operation. Methods Collected 30 cases in thoracic surgery department of our hospital with varying degrees of bullae of lung disease patients, divided into the limitations of lung bullae group（group A）, pulmonary bulla with bronchial disease group（group B）, pulmonary bulla with pneumothorax group（Group C）.Compared three groups of the operation and postoperative complications. Results The therapeutic effect of A group was better than that of B group and group C. At the same time, the incidence of complications in group A and group C were higher than that in group B. Conclusion VATS resection treatment of pulmonary bullae is applicable to patients with different degrees of limitations of bullaes of the lung, clinicians should deal postoperative complications with object-oriented measures after surgical treatment
