摘 要:为制备高强度的褐煤基压块活性炭前驱体,利用霍林河褐煤为原料及以煤焦油沥青为添加剂,研究水分、沥青含量和对辊压力对于活性炭前驱体强度的影响,并摸索最优的制备参数。研究表明:外加水分的增加对活性炭前驱体的冷压强度和磨损强度有不利的影响;沥青含量的增加可有效提高其冷压强度和磨损强度;较低的对辊压力使得物料难以成型,提高对辊压力可有效提高其强度。在不添加外水及沥青含量6%的务件下,利用对辊压力60 MPa成型可制备冷压强度达13.7 MPa、磨损强度为88.1%的活性炭前驱体。In order to prepare high strength lignite based agglomerated activated carbon precursor,Huolinhe lignite was adopted as the raw material and asphalt was used as binder,how the water,asphalt content and the rolling pressure affected the strength of activated carbon precursor was researched,the optimum preparation parameter was investigated as well.The results showed that:the increase of water has unfavorable influence on strength of cold pressed forming and wearing strength of activated carbon precursor;the increase of asphalt amount could effectively promoted the strength of cold pressed forming and wearing strength;low rolling pressure would make the forming difficult,the increase of rolling pressure could enhance its strength.If no water was added and the asphalt content was 6%,using the rolling pressure 60 Mpa forming,the activated carbon precursor with 13.7 MPa strength of cold pressed forming and 88.1%wearing strength could be prepared.
