两种粒度煤样全水分测试的差异性研究

摘  要:简介了现行国标中测试煤样全水分的方法,阐述了两种粒度全水分煤样的现场制备和化验,对精煤和动力煤的全水分测试结果进行数理统计分析,探究分别采用粒度<13 mm、粒度<6 mm煤样的试验方法间有无偏差,并探讨煤的全水分测定中应注意的问题。试验结果表明,采用粒度<6 mm或<13 mm煤样进行全水分测定试验,两方法的测试结果间无显著性差异。This paper introduced the total moisture content testing methods of coal sample in national standards implemented now,and demonstrated the spot preparation and test of total moisture coal samples with two kinds of size,meanwhile,the mathematical statistics analysis of total moisture test result of cleaned coal and steam coal was done,whether there was a difference between testing methods of using coal samples in size 〈13 mm and size 〈6 mm was discussed,as well as the problems needed to be noticed in total moisture determination of coal.The testing result showed that,using coal sample which size was smaller than 6mm,and smaller than 13 mm respectively to do the total moisture content determination,there was no significant difference existed between these two methods.
