摘　　要：结合GB/T 19494—2004《煤炭机械化采样》中对煤炭机械化采样设备的相关规定,探讨煤炭机械化采样设备的整体结构或部件技术规格不规范、安装调试不到位、设备与实际需求不匹配对煤炭机械化采样代表性造成的影响,分析了煤炭机械化采样程序中影响采样精密度和代表性的因素,剖析了煤炭机械化采样设备的性能鉴定及其日常使用和维护中应注意的问题,指出应按照标准规范要求建立煤炭采样程序,并按规范要求完成煤炭机械化采样设备的性能鉴定。This paper discussed how the lack of standardization of overall structure or component,imperfect installation and debugging,mismatching of equipment and actual requirements affected the coal mechanical sampling representativeness,analyzed the factors which affected the sampling precision and representativeness of coal mechanical sampling process,analyzed the performance appraisal of coal mechanical sampling equipment and the problems which should be noticed in daily usage and maintenance,it was indicated that the coal sampling process should be established according to the standard specification,and the performance appraisal of coal mechanical sampling equipment according to specification requirements should be accomplished.
