宋校《千金要方》《千金翼方》注文考证

摘　　要：宋校《千金要方》《千金翼方》通过注文的形式对书中方名、药味组成、药味数量、药物剂量、煎服方法、剂型等方面存在的差异进行标注,为后世学者所称道。虽然宋人在校勘两书时参考大量文献,工作态度也十分严谨,但由于校勘本身的难度及校勘方法不够完善,使得注文中存在许多错误,在展示宋校《千金方》全貌的同时,也显示出传世医籍在成书过程中的复杂性及其内容在一定程度上的不确定性。注文可作为对宋校《千金要方》《千金翼方》深入研究的切入点,由此进一步理清其版本源流、基本构成、引用文献及引用方式等基本问题;注文本身具有突显学术问题、提示科研方向的指向作用。It had been well appraised by the later scholars that comparison of Qian Jin Yao Fang （Essential Prescriptions Worth a Thousand Pieces of Gold） and Qian Jin Yi Fang （ Supplement to the Essential Prescriptions Worth a Thousand Pieces of Gold） of Song Dynasty Edition, called by a joint name of Qian Jin Fang （ Thousand Pieces of Gold Formulae）, was marked as text annotation, involving the prescription names, combination and dosage of the herbal ingredients, medicine decocting and taking, and types of formulation, and so on. Undoubtedly, the scholars in Bureau for Revision of Medical Classics in the Northern Dynasty had consulted countless literature with conscientious and careful attitude, but many mistakes were still found in the annotation of the two books due to difficulties of collation work and limitation of methods used in collation. When the two medical classics of Song Dynasty Edition were showed before the readers, the complexity of the completing procedure and uncertainty, to a certain extent, of the content were also showed. The writers believe that further research for Qian Jin Fang of Song Dynasty Edition should start with the annotation. From this point, we can study deeply the sources of different editions, fundamental parts, cited literature and citing ways. Annotation plays an important role in high- lighting the academic topics and guiding scientific research.
