90例肿瘤患者中医脉诊信息特征研究

摘　　要：目的揭示恶性肿瘤患者的脉象信息特征。方法将现代科学技术与传统中医脉诊理论相结合,运用三探头中医脉诊信息系统及其分析方法,根据中医寸口诊法三部九候的基本要求,对90例恶性肿瘤患者、30例非恶性肿瘤患者、30例正常人群进行双手六部脉象的客观动态采集,采用独诊法与辨证法相结合的中医脉象信息分析方法进行综合分析判断。结果恶性肿瘤组脉象出现明显的特征性改变,其中以涩脉及其变异脉和双峰M波最为典型,整体脉波异常检出率为80.0%,与非恶性肿瘤组、正常人群组比较,有显著差异。结论运用三探头中医脉诊信息系统及其分析方法,可以揭示恶性肿瘤患者的脉象信息特征,揭示相关脏腑功能失常、气血阴阳失调的病理变化,脉象与病机之间的相关性。Objective patients. Methods To reveal the characteristics of pulse manifestation information of malignant tumor Altogether 90 patients with malignant tumor, 30 patients without malignant tumor, and 30 healthy examinees were included. Combining diagnosis, according to demand of three regions and manifestation information of six positions of two wrists modern technology with the TCM theory of pulse nine divisions pulse taking sites, dynamic pulse of each subject was collected using ＂Three-probe TCM Pulse Pattern Diagnosis Acquisition and Analysis System＂ in our laboratory. Then the comprehen- sive analysis was carried on by the integration of comparative analysis and TCM syndrome differentiation. Results The specific changes were found in malignant tumor patients, especially rough pulse with its variability difference suggested and bimodal M wave. In addition, the detection rate of abnormal pulse was 80%, statistical compared with patients without malignant tumor and healthy persons. Conclusion It is that the characteristic changes of pulse manifestation information of patients with malignant tumor, correlation between malignant tumor and pathological changes of disorders of zang-fu organs, qi, blood, yin and yang, disorders be revealed using ＂Three-probe TCM Pulse Pattern Diagnosis Acquisition and Analysis System＂.
